E-Mailshot 'No Results - No Fee' Guarantee

"Once we’ve agreed the objectives and the budget, we will only charge you if we achieve your specific objectives for the campaign."

• This guarantee applies to e-mailshots which are designed, created and distributed by Keystone Construction Marketing Ltd (us) on behalf of you (our client).
• e-Mailshots are defined as promotional emails sent to a targeted list of recipients to promote a specific company, product and/or service.
• The e-mailshots are sent for the purpose of promoting your products and/or services within the UK construction industry.
• The results (or Objectives) must be agreed between you and Keystone Construction Marketing Ltd before the e-mailshot is designed, created and distributed.
• If the e-mailshot does not achieve the agreed Objectives and you wish to invoke the No Results – No Fee Guarantee (or withhold payment) up to the value of Keystone Construction Marketing Ltd’s fees for designing, creating and distributing the e-mailshot, you must inform us in writing within 14 days of receiving the results data stating your intention to invoke the No Results – No Fee Guarantee.
• If the results are partially achieved, you agree to pay Keystone Construction Marketing Ltd’s fees pro-rata to the results achieved, e.g. if the Objective was for you to receive 20 sample requests but you only received ten, you would be liable to pay 50% of our fees.
• Keystone Construction Marketing Ltd’s liability is limited to the value of our fees for designing, creating and distributing one e-mailshot.
• Keystone Construction Marketing Ltd reserves the right to decline any offer of work from any existing or potential client if we believe we are unable to help you or for any other reason whatsoever.
• Keystone Construction Marketing Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or withdraw this Guarantee at any time without prior notice.
